Ohio Budokan participated in the Wright State University 24rd International Friendship Affair on Saturday, April 19th, 2008.  I would like to thank the following individuals for demonstrating their particular martial art:

Bob Ensign narrated and presented information about the Ohio Budokan Japanese Cultural Center and the various kata and techniques performed on stage for the audience.  J. Patrick Roberson, Tomovi Roberson, and Chanel Hagler all presented Kata from the Genwakai style of Karate, while Brad Adams presented a trio of iai-kata (sword forms).  Both Brad Adams & Bob Ensign performed in the Kumi Tachi (striking swords) portion of the Kenjutsu presentation.   After the Demonstration, members of the Ohio Budokan circulated the International Friendship Affair sampling the various food and cultural offerings and received many nice compliments on their demonstration.

It was a pleasure to have these outstanding individuals represent Ohio Budokan.  They displayed the qualities we hold dear, namely, intense concentration, error-free performance, strong bodies, strong minds, and fighting spirit.
